Community support, such as asking questions on a mailing list, bug tracking system, or IRC channel, is an incredible resource to devlopers using open source software as a base… when it works. When it doesn’t work, you are left wasting time waiting for an answer that never comes, is incomplete, or simply incorrect.

Your Questions Answered is the bridge between community support and pay-by-the-hour commercial support. (Entropy Wave does that too.) Purchase a few tokens from the web store, then send us a question that is related to any of the open source packages in the Entropy Wave Media SDK. One token per question. We’ll get back to you within a day with an answer. If for some reason we can’t answer the question, you keep the token.

Your Questions Answered

If you’re a developer working on a product that uses open source code, you’ve probably sent a question to a project mailing list to watch it unanswered or poorly answered, leaving you to spend valuable time searching for an answer yourself. Entropy Wave provides a simple solution: buy a support credit, then send us a question via email. We will answer it as best as possible and as quickly as possible. If for some reason we can’t, you keep the credit for a future question.

You can ask us a question related to any of the open-source projects covered in the Entropy Wave Media SDK, and probably even a few things related to it. You don’t have to buy the SDK, however, the SDK comes with free credits.
